各位在煮飯時，會將從菜市場買回來的肉類先清洗一下嗎？

買回來的生鮮 不管是青菜或是肉都會簡單清洗一下
感覺比較衛生 -
清洗完還要燙過才敢吃

沒有摸過期他的 先用清水洗一洗也好 -
要啊 就算是超商那種封膜的也是會水洗然後餐巾紙擦乾~

不管哪裡買的都會先清洗過再醃 或燙

很多人跟你一樣會先沖洗一下求安心，但也有人直接料理。其實只要來源正常、確實煮熟，怎麼做看自己習慣就好。
