參與對象包括當時的法務部長蔡清祥、國安會諮詢委員陳俊麟等多位政壇大咖。對話內容包括涉及人事調動、司法關說等事項。
面對這樣的爆料，林錫耀表示內容虛假不實，並且已經提告。
