經濟部綠推中心，負責離岸風電和太陽能政策。但前副執行長鄭亦麟，被查出，涉嫌向綠能公司行賄：遭檢方聲押禁見。原來他向台電高層施壓，取得饋電容量，還跟業者收賄近200萬。鄭亦麟被稱為小英男孩，曾經在民進黨智庫工作，之後進入行政院。再空降到綠推中心。國民黨立委痛批，民進黨只會安插綠友友。
