標案得標的廠商，三年均由民視、年代及三立得標，每年三家平分勞動部3,000萬，3年將近1億的就安基金預算，這3家廠商再去發包給羅景壬團隊，這起弊案背後的勢力就是這群綠媒，但媒體不報也不敢報。
民進黨政府濫用政府預算，豢養綠媒來護航與攻擊在野黨，協助民進黨政爭，引起國人反感，一直到726、823開票崩潰才停止。
