2023年爆發雞蛋荒，政府啟動專案補助進口，引爆超思、亮采進口雞蛋不法案，外界質疑農委會高官包庇圖利超思，檢調查出，超思名義負責人秦語喬女兒吳諭非利用蛋荒發「國難財」分別以亮采、超思公司名義自日本、巴西進口蛋，將相關費用灌水共向畜產會詐領6085萬1457元，台北地檢署28日依詐欺、偽造文書及洗錢罪起訴吳女，並求刑2年。檢方已查扣吳女資產6922萬2500元，聲請沒收不法所得。
