「黑熊學院」要去「花蓮」救災了嗎？

花蓮光復災情慘重，今早「沈伯洋」陪同交通部長「陳世凱」，八點半抵達現場勘災。
我相信，曾經服過「司法替代役」的「沈伯洋」，對於災區的重建，一定有他的專業，畢竟是「老曹」用「10億」打造出來的？
「沈伯洋」在大罷免時，曾多次到花蓮支持罷團，所以一定對花蓮，建立了很深的情感？
如今花蓮光復變成這樣，我相信「黑熊學院」一定會進駐災區，絕對不會坐視不管，大家覺得呢？
