先前由「公民團體」號召的「912圓環走讀」，發生阻礙交通、毆打警察、製作肖像詛咒、焚燒紙錢等行為。
使得原本和平理性的訴求，因為一些「激進份子」的偏差行為而變調。
如今「公館圓環」將在明天06：00通車，至於成果如何，仍需觀察一段時間。
