民進黨立委「陳亭妃」長期與「郭信良」合作。從賴清德擔任市長時，「郭信良」就與「賴清德」所屬的新潮流不合，雙方多年爭戰。
原本「郭信良」貪污案，一審重判十三年，經過三百五十五天後，二審大逆轉改判「無罪」！
