公司賺得多，但薪水卻沒有變多

因為都進了老闆的口袋 老闆年年換新車 -
是的，尤其是看见新人的薪水还高过自己，心里超不平衡

笑死 當公司跟你說共體時艱的時候直接離職了

往上爬或跳槽對手

不用想太多 自己日子過得好就好

不意外吧 很多老闆賺爽爽也不會被員工加薪

特別是大公司, 公司賺多少都不關我事.

但是公司賠錢的時候也不會叫你賠啦，風險承擔的問題，當然也是要適度分紅

我覺得如果真的賺很多真的要分一點紅 不然向心力會不夠
