哥你這問題很抽象,不過某家保險,前幾年搞得跟直銷一樣,不發展客戶都發展下線

說實話,本質沒變一樣賣,但素質有提升,懂比較多,但是專業還是不夠

整起來說比較不會忽巄客戶
但每個時代都有一些說話不負責任亂蓋只為先成交的業務,不僅不專業出事還丟包另外我覺得AI不會取業務,但能減少對業務的依賴
理賠或是其他事情催件的時候找資深的業務通常能提升效率,理賠爭議商討也能爭取更多
全靠AI我看不是回覆信件超慢就是排隊排到死還找不到人可以吵
總歸一句,看你遇到的業務是舖龍拱還是專業的 -
