醬油+蒜末蔥花這樣就是頂了!

蒜頭醬油第一名 偶爾會加一些些烏醋 真的可以讓水餃吃起來不會膩口

醬油 醋 一點點蒜頭 喜歡辣的話再加一點辣椒末或粉 最後再加一點點香油
感覺吃水餃就是在吃醬料的 -
去八方或四海都是加醬油膏和蒜泥，這樣就很好吃了

醬油膏，絕對是醬油膏

醬油＋一點醬油膏＋辣椒壓碎

醬油膏跟一點香油 又香又有味道

不沾醬 或者是少少的醬油

一定是蒜頭醬油

一點點醬油膏就很好吃

原味 其實蠻多水餃店家內餡鹹度就夠了

然後加一點醋 香油 最陽春的基底 -
