暖氣是最舒服 不然就多穿點

外面就洋蔥式穿法 裡面就開暖氣

花錢買貴的衣服 不想花錢就用棉被把自己包起來

衛生褲 很醜但很有用

穿羽絨背心再套個外套

多穿幾層還有多喝熱水

該穿的衣服穿一穿，剩下就靠身體了

多穿一點躲室內，真的不行了就出動暖暖包

穿兩件衣服一件外套 還撐不住就蓋個毛毯

穿厚厚的衣服加羽絨衣，舒服年暖的

還是要暖暖包吧 真的很有用
