新人比老人薪水還高

人家學歷比較好

老人家學新的學很慢又學不起來
不然就是連學都不想學
新人的積極度還比較高 -
這很正常 通常職場都會想踢掉老的

所以跳槽很重要~

你跟老闆提離職 有挽留通常都會加薪

有能力當然可以

如果有能力可以跟老闆談調薪不然就跳槽到別處另尋高明

能力有到還不給薪就跳了

東西學到那邊就跟上面要求調整薪水囉 不行就跳槽讓公司去頭痛就好

或許剛進來時的學歷就贏很多了, 如果沒繼續精進自己就一樣不會加多少薪資
