想問如何將體重降下來?

最有效的是算熱量 想辦法熱量赤字
如果對於一般人來說 可以從戒掉零食飲料 晚餐減量開始(減澱粉優先) -
持續的運動 偶爾吃個水煮餐 不喝有糖飲料

控制飲食就好了 之前在減脂 2餐水煮餐 1餐水果 3個月掉10公斤

我當兵前嚴格飲食控制 一個月五公斤 體態好了一點 直到當兵回來走鐘到現在QQ

不喝含糖飲料 不吃澱粉 不吃消夜 吃蔬菜 + 蛋白質很快就瘦了

飲食熱量跟食材稍微控制一下然後加工糖不要碰的話應該就可以了

少吃多動好像還是比較重要的吧

你體重上升也有可能是肌肉變多,飲食控制好,體態變好其實就不錯,體重不是絕對
