健身前會做的暖身

我之前健身之前都會去做一些有氧 拉筋之類的 幫助熱身

彈力帶、階梯機走一下、暖身組。

會先用輕重量動作先把身體打開

稍微熱身1-2組就可以開練了

通常會拉伸一下 用小重量熱身

拉拉筋吧 不做隔天一定痛到爆

慢跑5分鐘,讓身體熱起來比較安全
拉筋也會等慢跑後再拉,冷天直接拉我身體感覺筋快斷 -
可以先動ㄧ動 然後上小重量
